The Waltz Business Solutions family and ownership are deeply saddened to announce the passing of one of our own, John Jehn. Today, we lowered the flag at Waltz for our time of mourning. Please join us in prayer for his daughter, son-in-law, grandsons, and our entire family. His kind heart, infectious laugh and encouragement will live forever in our memories.
John was a co-owner and part of our key personnel in our service department at Waltz Business Solutions from 1983 till his retirement in the summer of 2021. John was a part of the growth of Waltz from the small “mom and pop” copier repair shop to one of the most respected copier dealerships in the greater Cincinnati area. He made his career as a service technician but, from the start, helped guide the decisions from the board room as well.
His knack for working with his hands and working equally well with our clients helped him become one of our trusted and requested technicians in his prime. His dedication and deep love for Waltz was evident in all actions. The following is just one of many personal memories of his dedication: John and I often sat together at Waltz during our lunch break. John would always enjoy reading the newspaper and perusing the classified section so he could inform me of any upcoming legal notices for Copier Bids – he was always excited each time he found one to share. He enjoyed helping people and this was one small way he did that for me. He loved Waltz and wanted to do whatever he could to make it a better place. He did.
He will be deeply missed by all.
