Message From Our President

As Waltz celebrates over 125 years of legendary service, the world has changed over the years. Frank Waltz opened his doors in 1892, downtown Cincinnati as a typewriter repair company. Waltz was nationally known for the invention of the “triple typewriter” in the early 1900s’ as this enabled the “three-part” invoice for the service industry. Shortly after the Jehn family purchased the company in the 1960s, the company diversified into other leading-edge products and services that support the client “from document creation to document destruction.” This includes copiers, printers, scanners, document management, document storage and shredding/destruction.

What hasn’t changed is our legendary relationships with clients as well as our long-tenured employees. This culture is driven by our commitment to the core values of Leadership, Honor, Accountability, Reputation & Family.

Xerox Light Production Print Equipment Sales Account Manager


Waltz is looking for an experienced Xerox light production specialist who is looking for expanded opportunity. Our compensation plan uniquely offers a healthy bundled approach, including a high percentage spiff of all leased equipment revenue.

Managed Print Sales Account Manager


Waltz is looking for an enthused sales rep who is looking to expand opportunity, activity and income. This position would visit large accounts, both current and new, in hopes to help client manage their printing costs. Most often, the client has no idea of their expenditures in this area. We often show them a savings of up to 15% in this area, which could amount to thousands of dollars per year. Our compensation plan uniquely offers a healthy bundled approach, including a base salary, along with a percentage of all revenue. The revenue is a compounding residual over time, allowing for extreme growth in compensation.

  • Passion for Seeking Only the Fortune 500 Accounts

Warehouse Assistant


To pull and prepare orders for shipment and assist with any associated paperwork (checking accuracy of orders; originating shipping labels, etc.). Assisting with the receiving, unpacking and setting up of copiers in preparation for customer delivery; act as a back-up driver for either doc. destruction truck or copier delivery truck as needed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Pull order forms from printer and check for accuracy
  • Locate items in the warehouse
  • Prepare for UPS shipment
  • Ensure paperwork is completed properly
  • Help with inventory
  • Keep warehouse area neat, clean and organized
  • Unpack and set up of machines (prior to delivery to customer)

Job Expectations:

  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • To work safely (work “smarter, not harder”), get help for lifting, etc.
  • Inform management immediately when issues/problems arise
  • Work with the team (use intuition to recognize where help may be needed)
  • Work on special projects as requested
  • Ability to read, write and understand English

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Ability to use computer; some knowledge of Outlook/Microsoft Office
  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent driving record
  • Good interpersonal skills (especially when interacting with clients)
  • Ability to follow instructions and prioritize work load
  • Excellent attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing, walking, vision, hearing, speaking, lifting (up to 75 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs frequently), reaching, stooping, bending, and driving

This position reports to the Customer Service Mgr.; If covering for driver position, local/regional/territorial travel will be required. There are no supervisory responsibilities with this position.
