The 5 Million Image Commitment

Waltz guarantees to the original purchaser or lessee that a Waltz device will deliver a minimum of 5 million images on high volume (60 + PPM Device) and one million on low volume (20-59 PPM) devices or 5 Years, whichever comes first. Should your device become inoperable or cause excessive down-time on a consistent basis before reaching this guarantee, we’ll replace it with a like model–free of charge. Excessive down-time is defined as less than 95% up-time.

To ensure that the device is maintained properly, not abused or neglected, and that authorized supplies are used, it must be maintained under standard Waltz general maintenance agreement.

Response Time Commitment

Should your Waltz device become inoperable, we will have a trained, professional technician at your door within 4 hours during regular working hours. This excludes preventative maintenance and minor non-time sensitive calls. Should we fail to achieve this commitment, we will credit you the next month’s billing amount for the specific
device involved.

The Satisfaction Commitment

Through our stringent quality control program, comprehensive maintenance agreements, and experienced professionals we strive to ensure you receive the perfect device. If within the first ten days you are not satisfied, we will refund your purchase price minus a $.05 per image surcharge.

Free Loaner Commitment

To ensure that you’re never without a device, we’ll provide you with a loaner if your equipment ever needs to come to our facility for service.

Equipment Upgrade Commitment

When your device is continually covered by our general maintenance agreement, we will credit toward and upgrade to a larger device 70 percent of your purchase price, minus a 2 percent per month adjustment after the first year. Talk to your Waltz representative for details.
